Adopting the scissors principle, produces the unique "Claw Blade" high-speed granulator.

Strong granulating power which is 30% higher than ordinary flat type blade granulator. It is particularly good in granulating hard and *thick plastic material such as nylon engineering plastics, polystyrene.

The blade are made of steel which has the quality equivalent to D2 AISI* standard and are vacuum heat treated with HRC (Rockwell Hardness) of 58-60. As a result, the cutting edges are particularly sharp, strong, rigid and durable.

	To ensure long lasting operation, Sam Chin uses the world famous NTN bearing manufactured in Japan.

The high quality hopper is composed of thick stainless steel and sound adsorbing material to reduce the noise level.

The extra thin steel granulator screen enables the smooth float of granule.

The granule receiving bin allows auto-loading of granule.
